PROLiNK2u ONLINE GAME CONTESTS

1. The PROLiNK2u Online Game Contests will be held from 1st July 2008- 31st Dec 2008 unless notified otherwise.
2. Each contest will be held from 1st of the month till the last day of the month (both dates inclusive).
3. These contests are open to all PROLiNK2u Online registrants residing in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Philippine and Nepal only.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Permanent and contract employees of PROLiNK (including its subsidiaries and related companies) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate, unless stated otherwise.
2. To be eligible for the contests, all participants must register online at prolink2u.com.

CONTEST MECHANICS

1. For every registered PROLiNK Online registrants will be entitled unlimited entry to the contest.
2. Participant will have to submit the score with your user ID, Name, I.C., Mobile Phone, e-mail address.
3. If the prizes are not claimed after 30 days, it will be awarded to the next PROLiNK2u Online registrants.
4. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and/or transferable to any 3rd party.
5. Prizes shown are for visual purposes only.
6. PROLiNK reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of similar value at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof.
7. In the event there is a tie for the prize. The participant who performs the earlier entry will be the winner.
8. Prizes will be presented to PROLiNK Online registrants each month subject to changes.
9. Each winner is entitled for one prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

GENERAL

1. By participating in this contest, PROLiNK2u Online agree to be bound by the T & C and decisions of PROLiNK judges are final and binding to all PROLiNK2u Online registrants.
2. PROLiNK reserves the rights to disqualify any PROLiNK2u Online registrants that are eligible, disallow the claim of prize or for any whatsoever reasons as PROLiNK may in its absolute discretion deem fit.
3. PROLiNK reserves the right to amend, after or modify the terms and conditions of this contest wholly or in part and reserves the right to terminate the contest at its absolute discretion.
4. The participants shall not be entitled to claim for any compensation against PROLiNK for any and all loss and damage suffered or incurred by the participant whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of amendments, cancellation, termination or suspension of the contest.
5. PROLiNK reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest without any prior notice.
6. Incomplete, illegible, illegal and late entries will be disqualified.
7. PROLiNK reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity.
8. All winners will be notified via www.prolink2u.com and by email or whichever method PROLiNK deems fit and the prizes will be collected by the winners themselves.
9. PROLiNK reserves the absolute discretion to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
